As you plan your week, don't forget Wednesday, October 8, is iWalk Day. Kids all over the world will be celebrating walking to school. We'll run our regular walking school buses that day. Hop on a walking school bus or just walk yourself. We'll have some festivities on the playground for walkers - hand stamps, lollipop signs, bubbles, chalk. If walking isn't your normal routine, give it a try on Wednesday. You and your bee might just love it!

This is such a great idea! I wonder how many other schools are doing it. I think the idea would definitely take off in our neighborhood.
